{"id":453,"date":"2017-07-08T15:42:37","date_gmt":"2017-07-08T22:42:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blowingawayoutwest.com\/?p=453"},"modified":"2017-11-11T10:35:24","modified_gmt":"2017-11-11T17:35:24","slug":"organize-pantry-2-hours-less","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blowingawayoutwest.com\/staging\/organize-pantry-2-hours-less\/","title":{"rendered":"Organize your Pantry in 2 hours or less"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pantry organization is a never-ending project.\u00a0 Just when I think I\u2019ve gotten my pantry organized, beautified, and accessible, my kids raid it or I get a great deal on some new bulk item and I need to re-organize.\u00a0 But that\u2019s okay, because I found a couple of great tricks to get your pantry organized in just a few hours. \u00a0And, as you can see, my pantry needed a makeover.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PANTRY ORGANIZATION \u2013 STEP ONE \u00bd HOUR\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-455 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blowingawayoutwest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/pantry-organization-before-b1-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.blowingawayoutwest.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/pantry-organization-before-b1-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/www.blowingawayoutwest.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/pantry-organization-before-b1-400x600.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.blowingawayoutwest.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/pantry-organization-before-b1-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.blowingawayoutwest.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/pantry-organization-before-b1-600x900.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.blowingawayoutwest.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/pantry-organization-before-b1.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 683px) 100vw, 683px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t pull everything out of the pantry.\u00a0 I know that\u2019s what you want to do, but resist. \u00a0Take two minutes to evaluate your space, and divide it into 4 sections.\u00a0 One section will be canned goods.\u00a0 Start by stacking the cans, organizing them by type.\u00a0 Think soups, fruits, vegetables, broths, and ethnic.\u00a0 The second section in most pantries is boxed meals including cereals, third is bagged items like chips.\u00a0 The fourth section will be the catchall for what\u2019s left.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PANTRY ORGANIZATION \u2013 STEP TWO \u00bd HOUR MAXIMUM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Now you can see what you have and it\u2019s much easier to determine what boxes, baskets and bins you will need to get all your awesome food put away.
